SPECIAL events are taking place around Kinneil – and elsewhere in Falkirk district – to mark the launch of the new John Muir Way this month.
The route covers 134 miles (or 215 km) across Scotland’s heartland, running between Helensburgh in the west through to Dunbar on the east coast. It takes in Blackness, Bo’ness, Kinneil, the Union Canal, Callendar House in Falkirk and other attractions.
