FREE walk health walks at Kinneil Estate in Bo’ness are included in the programme for “Walk and Talk Week 2012”, which kicks off on June 9. Organisers say: “Walk and Talk Week is your chance to get out and about, meet new people and see what the Falkirk area has to offer.”
They add: “Just 30 minutes of brisk walking on most days will help you look and feel better. Walking is easy, fun and great for everyone; all you need are a pair of comfortable shoes and dress for our infamous Scottish weather.”
