Kinneil party cancelled

THE FRIENDS of Kinneil Members’ Christmas Party – due to take place this Friday (Dec 3) – has been cancelled due to the ongoing snow and bad weather. The Friends hope to organise another evening in the New Year. Chair Maria Ford said: “We’ve decided to cancel the party, which is always popular, in light of the bad weather and poor driving conditions people are experiencing right now. We wouldn’t want people trying to get to the party and then have difficulty getting home. We’ll re-arrange the event in the New Year. Hopefully the weather will be better then.”
