THE ROMANS are coming back to Kinneil Estate.
The park’s annual heritage day – on Sunday, September 21, has a Roman theme. The Antonine Guard and a Comitatvs, two Roman groups, are making an appearance, alongside charity stalls and lots of fun for all the family. The main event runs from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Friends of Kinneil will also help open up Kinneil House to visitors from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Kinneil Museum will also be open in the afternoon. Admission is free of charge.
