Kinneil Museum will be closed to the public on Saturday 9 August 2008 because of the Hill Climb event taking place in the park. Falkirk Council says the decision to close has been taken in the interests of the health and safety of visitors. (The proposed route of cars in the hillclimb will go in front of the museum, causing problems for anyone trying to enter the museum building.) The museum will re-open as normal on Monday 11 August.
